How does a webinar work?
It’s simple. On the day of the event, you click on the link we provide. Enter your name and you’re in! If your computer has good audio, the audio will be streamed to your computer along with the PowerPoint presentation. If your computer does not have audio, a phone number is provided so that you can access the audio by speaker phone. Please Contact us if you need to use more than one phone line.
How many can access the event per registration?
There is no limit on how many may access by computer at one site. A site is defined as either all of the people at one school or office or one group of people with similar titles (e.g. principals, psychologists or special education teachers.) Please Contact us if you would like a district-wide license or have other questions.
My school district only pays by purchase order. Do you accept POs?
Yes. You may order online with a PO number and receive immediate confirmation. If you prefer, you may fax the PO to 815-461-5647 or call us at 800-321-7471. Important: Please include the full name and email address of the registrant.
What is the difference between the recording link and the CD-ROM?
Both include the synchronized audio, webcam and PowerPoint. We guarantee access to the link for 90 days.The CD-ROM provides a permanent record of the webinar.
When can I expect my link and my CD?
If you register for an upcoming webinar, you will receive access information as soon as you register. If you don’t see it, please check your junk folder! A link to the recording (good for 90 days) is emailed within 24 hours after the event. A CD-ROM recording of the event is shipped by first-class mail 7-10 days. later. US and Canadian customers should allow 2-3 weeks to receive CD. International customers should allow up to 4 weeks.
