Chris Weber, EdD, is an internationally known author and consultant in behavior, mathematics, and response to intervention. From 2010-2014, Chris was a school district leader in Chicago, where he worked with some of the nation’s highest-performing urban schools. He previously served as an elementary school principal and director of K-6 instruction at the Garden Grove Unified School District in California.
Chris is the author of six books on RtI, which have sold more than 100,000 copies worldwide. They include: Pyramid Response to Intervention: RtI, PLCs, and How to Respond When Students Don’t Learn; Pyramid of Behavior Interventions: 7 Keys to a Positive Learning Environment; Simplifying Response to Intervention: Four Essential Guiding Principles; RTI in the Early Grades: Intervention Strategies for Mathematics, Literacy, Behavior & Fine-Motor Challenges; RTI is a Verb; and RTI Roadmap. Chris is currently a vice president at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
