FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: What is the difference between an audio conference and an audio conference/webinar?
An audio conference/webinar is a live training presentation conducted via the Internet and the telephone. Once you register, you will be given simple instructions on how to log on and dial in so that you can hear the speaker over the phone and view the PowerPoint presentation on your computer screen. All of our current presentations use this format. CDs of these presentations contain both the audio and video. CDs of our audio conferences contain audio only.

Question: What happens if I or one of my colleagues miss the live conference?
A CD-ROM with the full audio and video presentation will be shipped to all registrants within 1 week of the conference.

Question: My school district only pays by purchase order. Do you accept POs?
Yes! You may fax the PO to 815-461-5647 or call us at 207-632-1954.

Question: Can I ship the CD-ROM to other district offices so that they can watch and listen at a later date?
An unlimited number of attendees may listen to the live conference by speaker phone. Please limit use of the CD-ROM to staff in one office. Discounts are available for multiple orders.

100% guaranteed. If the audioconference or audio conference/webinar CDs do not meet your needs, return within 14 days for a complete refund.
